Spirit Airlines Rebrand


An identity rebrand for Spirit Airlines, emphasizing the benefits of travel. The redesigned Spirit Airlines redefines what the true purpose of air travel feels like, trading “bare bones” for the simple feeling of a “day off.”  The brand embraces a modern identity built on clarity, optimism, and empowerment. It celebrates the energy of spontaneous travel while stripping away the noise of traditional low-cost carriers.


Spirit Airlines needed to be updated and have a brand new image. It called for a refreshed feel that emphasized the benefits of travel. Therefore, a new visual identity was created, with a typeface and colors that made flying feel fun again. Along with a new identity, the rebrand came with a humorous ad campaign.
